Our client, a highly successful organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. They're ideally looking for a qualified accountant who is able to demonstrate an understanding of how a commercial business operates and what drives project success. We are looking for a problem solver who comes up with solutions, is adaptable and flexible to work in an ever evolving business. The role is full time, office based, and comes with a competitive salary and good benefits. Duties include Monthly review meetings with key stakeholders to review and challenge variance analysisEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including VAT, corporation taxLiaise with advisors and external auditors when requiredSeek improvements to the financial reporting system and processesCoordinate and prepare finance material for Board meetingsProvide information to potential clients to secure new businessOwnership of the cost centre and any cross-charges, within 2 CompaniesProduction of Monthly Management Accounts and Balance Sheet ReconciliationsManagement of Purchase Ledger, overseeing Supplier PaymentsSales Ledger and Debtor managementMonthly / Quarterly / Yearly forecasting and budgetingMonth end processes and ensuring financial controls are in placeSales and revenue analysisPreparing cash flow forecastsVAT Returns and bank reconciliationsPreparing monthly salary information for payroll processingPreparing Year End Accounting files and liaising with external auditorsEnsure that finance input to the business is welcomed, trusted and respected as adding value whilst maintaining financial discipline, and confidentiality. Skills/Experience Qualified Accountant with good PQ experience (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Experience
