Fractional Finance Director | High Growth Supplements Brand | Immediate Start | Stroud Harmonic Finance are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly scaling supplements brand based in Stroud, who are seeking a Fractional Finance Director to support them 2 to 3 days per week. Having built a loyal community of customers and grown their footprint across ecommerce, speciality retail and health and wellness channels, the business is now entering an exciting next phase of expansion. With a collaborative and non corporate culture, they are looking for a hands on, strategically minded finance leader who can bring greater financial rigor as they accelerate growth, optimise operations and expand their product offering. Reporting directly into the senior leadership team, this role provides the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a high growth, product led SME. You will deliver commercial insight, strengthen financial operations and mentor the existing team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a scaleup through periods of rapid growth, operational change or increased commercial complexity. Responsibilities Lead strategic financial planning, ensuring long term financial sustainability and supporting future growth events. Own budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, partnering with both finance and non finance teams. Strengthen financial processes, controls and reporting to support scale. Deliver high quality management information, KPIs and performance insights. Oversee stock, production and margin reporting, ensuring visibility across the supply chain. Support system and process improvements, with strong appreciation of ERP transformation. Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other systems is advantageous. Provide commercial input across pricing, investment decisions and operational performance.
