Equifind are partnering with a high-growth real-estate backed organisation who are looking for an experienced interim Financial Controller to support them through a major transition period and year-end cycle for the next three to six months. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working closely with the Group FC to stabilise the function, tighten reporting, and prepare the business for integration.What You’ll Be Driving:Year-End & Audit DeliveryBuild robust workings to support disclosuresDraft, refine, and finalise the annual reportLead responses to external audit queriesSupport on complex accounting, reporting, and disclosure issuesStep in across the finance team to keep deadlines on trackSolve technical and operational roadblocks ahead of sign-offGroup Reporting & ControlsBalance sheet reviews and supporting schedulesBanking facility compliance and covenant monitoringReview of subsidiary accounts (spring timeline)Liquidity forecasting and cash visibilityOversight of tax-related reviews and submissionsWhat You Bring:ACA/ACCA, ideally 7+ years PQEMeticulous attention to detail and sharp analytical capabilityConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsProven experience problem-solving across complex finance environmentsStrong Excel and general Microsoft Office capabilityDesirableExperience in operational real estateKnowledge of Yardi (helpful but not essential)Compensation:Day rate of £500-550 per day (DOE)3 days in office, 2 WFH - to support your work life balance
