Description The role of finance business partner would include, but not be limited to the below tasks: Completing monthly management accounts Variance Analysis Working with budget holders Over-see funding agreements Preparing costings Dealing with queries Dealing with queries Profile A successful Finance Business Partner - Income should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the not-for-profit industry.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with financial software and systems.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
