This role will provide strategic financial insight and leadership across the corporate support function. This role combines commercial acumen, analytical expertise, and strong stakeholder management to drive business performance, cost efficiency, and informed decision-making within a complex, global environment. Key Responsibilities• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, building strong relationships and providing commercial, tactical, and strategic insights. • Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash management. • Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring clear articulation of key assumptions, risks, and opportunities. • Develop and assess business cases for new initiatives, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, including ROI and risk evaluation. • Drive cost management and continuous improvement, using analytical reviews, KPIs, and zero-based or rolling forecast techniques to deliver efficiencies. • Produce accurate, insightful financial reporting, commentary, and presentations that clearly communicate performance and key drivers. • Collaborate with shared services and divisional teams to ensure robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and process alignment. • Support audits, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and adherence to internal controls and finance policies. • Deputise for senior finance leadership as required, providing strong business partnership and strategic oversight. • Manage and dev
