The business has been on an exciting journey of change and growth over the last few years meaning they’re looking to bring in a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to work closely with their Project Management function and help drive profitability across the business.Key Responsibilities Partnering with project managers to review project profitability, costs and forecastsIdentifying issues early and helping fix them before they hit the bottom lineProviding insight into sales forecasting and job performanceSupporting balance sheet reconciliations across the group Supporting the annual audit and statutory reporting processAssisting with debt management Working closely with the Finance Manager on month-end Key Skills & Experience Required This would suit someone with a strong management accounting background who enjoys the commercial side of finance and working closely with operational teams. You’ll need to be confident building relationships, comfortable challenging when needed, and good at simplifying financial information for non-finance colleagues.
