The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior commercial leaders, providing insight, challenge and robust financial decision support across pricing, profitability and performance. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial and operational stakeholdersProviding insight and commentary on commercial performance, margins and profitabilitySupporting pricing strategies, tenders and commercial negotiationsEnsuring promotional activity, discounts and commercial costs are accurately reflected in financial reportingLeading and supporting financial planning cycles (3YP, Budget and Forecast)Influencing volume and profit forecasts through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teamsSupporting month-end processes, management accounts and balance sheet reviewsInvolvement in projects, audits and wider commercial initiatives as required This role requires someone comfortable operating at pace and constructively challenging stakeholders.
