The key duties of this Finance Business Partner will be: Providing a comprehensive financial support service to senior managers, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Preparing financial reports for Directors and consolidating them into organisation-wide monitoring reports for leadership and board review.Advising on financial strategy, risk, and value-for-money principles to support effective decision-making.Leading, motivating and developing finance staff, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Deputising for the Finance Manager as required and representing Finance in key meetings and working groups.Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance service quality and efficiency.
