There’s a well-resourced transactional finance team already in place, which allows this role to stay focused on insight, influence, and value creation rather than firefighting. Finance is trusted here, involved early, and expected to challenge constructively. You’ll report into an experienced Finance Director and be part of a strong on-site finance team. The business continues to invest in its people and infrastructure, including a move into a new, modern Mansfield office, reflecting ongoing growth rather than reactive change.
