Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to manage the administration of client and supplier interactions, focusing on income management, project registrations, and customer service. This role is integral in developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and requires a candidate with a strong background in finance and administration. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, gaining operational knowledge of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.Source, manage, and record data relating to all projects, ensuring stakeholders have up-to-date information for system uploads.Liaise with the finance team to minimize late payments and track outstanding debts, promoting the use of products and services.Manage the Expression of Interest process, ensuring all contacts are identified, engaged, and followed up with all correspondence recorded on the CRM system.Provide training and guidance on the use of the company portal and other systems to ensure effective management of project data.Track forecasted project income with the Client Support Manager and Office Manager, adjusting projections to keep forecasts up-to-date.Manage variance reporting and ensure monthly and quarterly variations are minimized and accounted for.Register and track leads with the Regional Director, ensuring follow-up and progression through the system.Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators and undertake additional duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a finance/administration role with a focus on financial data reconciliation using various IT systems.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Dynamics, Word, Outlook, Business Intelligence).Experience in delivering high levels
