We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator team member to join our central services Finance Team based in Retford for a fixed term basis of 12 months. This role would suit a person who is confident and looking to enter the world of finance. You will be a natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. As the business goes through an exciting growth period, there will be many opportunities to get involved in other exciting projects. Location: Based near Retford Train Station, means there are great transports links should you wish to travel by train, car, or bus. We also have free car parking at the office. The Role You will be using our client broking systems called Acturis, Applied Epic, SSP and TAMYou will be responsible for processing loan applications via our third-party web portalAnswering queries and providing signposting to internal broking teams.Liaising with and providing support to key stakeholders around ongoing loan applications.You will be responsible for investigating problematic agreements and processing communications to and from the loan provider.Responsible for logging any breaches and upkeeping audit logs.You will be dealing with any email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business. Experience: Proven Excel skills and knowledgeNaturally keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accountsUnderstanding and comfort with dealing with financial terms and researchYou will have a positive ‘can do attitude’ and will be a natural problem solver, along with a high level of attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with a high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadline
