About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Admin Officer to support the Macmillan Funded Welfare Rights Service within the Income Maximisation Unit. This is a vital role helping deliver financial support to individuals affected by cancer across North East Wales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer appointments efficiently

Record outcomes from Welfare Rights Officers

Compile and maintain statistical data

Administer incoming referrals and documentation
