The balance of your time will vary depending on business needs, giving you both technical depth and people-development responsibilities.Review adviser files across a wide range of financial planning, ensuring suitability and compliance with FCA standards.Provide clear, constructive feedback and escalate issues where necessary.Supervise and support Financial Planners/IFAs through observations, 1:1s, KPI reviews, and competency assessments.Deliver coaching, roleplays, and training material to help advisers develop and thrive.Collaborate with compliance colleagues and contribute to process improvements.What We’re Looking ForLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).Experience in file checking within a wide range of financial planningDemonstrable track record in supervisory/T&C experience in financial services.Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and support at all levels.Analytical, proactive, and confident decision-maker with a collaborative mindset.A paraplanner with ambition to move into compliance
