With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we are a trusted partner in the industry.Job Purpose:We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the Service Department. You will maintain and repair both customer-owned diesel generators and our rental fleet, while providing excellent service to clients. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-focused approach, and collaboration across departments.Key Responsibilities: Planned Maintenance & Service: Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on diesel generators.Service & Repairs: Diagnose faults and repair generators promptly to minimize downtime.Site Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess service needs and maintenance requirements.On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call rota to support clients outside standard hours.Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 50001). Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles. Skills and Experience: Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Diesel Fitting, or Plant Maintenance (City & Guilds, BTEC) or completed apprentic
