  • Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and B2B field marketing or demand generation, with a strong emphasis on planning and managing events and executing ABM campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with Sales and Channel Partner teams on joint initiatives, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and ideally ABM-specific tools.
  • Writing & Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling and clear email copy for pre- and post-event communications, invitations, and follow-ups.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize event strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region for events and meetings as required (approx. 25-30%).

  • Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 95,000 - 119,000 + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
