Norman Mount is a purpose built house in the BD2 area of Bradford; the house is home to four adults with a learning disability who are supported to live as independently as possible in their home. This role is for 1-1 support for a lady at Norman Mount for community support and will include supporting her to access activities she enjoys locally, supporting her with her eating/drinking and continence support. We endeavour to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support. There is a strong focus on supporting individuals' lives in a person centred way which includes various activities, shopping, managing own budgets and cooking. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.
