• Right at Home Stockport & Didsbury - "An Award-Winning Employer” provides exceptional palliative care for individuals whose preferred place to be in their final moments, is at home.
• Our Palliative team work in pairs on either early or lates shifts – a minimum requirement of three shifts a week is required for consistency of care during this difficult time.
• Full support and training (including hands-on mentoring) is provided from our Management Team and Advanced Care Assistants.
• Shifts Available; - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Sunday 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm
