- Overlooking the historic Bute East Dock, Novotel Cardiff Centre is for guests looking for style and comfort. - Our hotel is conveniently located for both rail and road travellers. It's just an 11-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and a 10-minute drive from the M4. If you're flying in, we're approximately 30 minutes away from Cardiff International Airport. Our facilities are perfectly tailored for business travellers. We've got ten fully equipped meeting rooms available, which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
- The hotel makes a great base for anyone travelling further afield too. Brecon Beacons National Park, Caerphilly, Swansea and Bristol are within reach. The hotel is extremely convenient and caters to all types of trip.

- Build strong guest relationships from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote hotel image.
- Safety & Environment
- Keep work areas clean and safe. Follow safety protocols and environmental commitments.
- Administration
- Manage inventory and minimize losses. Track equipment usage with Assistant GM.
- Sales & Promotion
- Promote hotel services and special offers. Support sales initiatives and enhance guest loyalty. Drive revenue through creative upselling.
- Team Leadership
- Deliver warm, high-quality service. Motivate and train team members. Ensure staff presentation and support skill development.
- Operations & Standards
- Organize F&B operations efficiently. Monitor stock levels and presentation of food & drinks. Maintain hygiene and equipment standards. Ensure legal compliance in beverage service.
- Qualifications
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Supervise the team of Food and Beverage Department, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development
- Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
- Conveys the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
- Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality
- Develops revenue and profit margins
- Helps the hotel meet its targets
- Provides information for guests within his/her field of competence or directs them to the right person
- Remains polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
- Handling any complaints immediately and sensibly, and keeps the manager informed.
