About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our vibrant Family Hub team. You will play a vital role in supporting families with children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 with SEND), helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to families facing a range of issues including parenting, housing, health, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals from health, education, and social care to deliver integrated support.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Facilitate parenting programs and community-based activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding procedures.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Empathetic, approachable, and non-judgmental.
  • Experienced in working with children, young people, and families.
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and early help frameworks.
  • A great communicator and team player.
  • Flexible and able to work some evenings or weekends if needed.
