Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a small but growing law firm based in North West Wales near Caernarfon.

We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Children work. Experience in Public Children work would be advantageous, and being a member of the Children’s Panel would be an additional benefit.

The successful candidate will handle their own caseload, represent clients at court (many of whom may be on Legal Aid), and manage client matters independently.

Key Details:
• Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
• Duties: Client management, representation at court, and supervision/management responsibilities
• Progression: Potential opportunity for the right person to become involved in the running of the firm (Director/Shareholder level)

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• Experience in Private Children work (essential)
• Experience in Public Children work (desirable)
• Familiarity with Legal Aid cases
