Award Winning Niche Family Law firms seeks a Family Lawyer.Want to join a growing, supportive practice?We are seeking to support the continued growth of our firm by recruiting an ambitious, dedicated, and hard-working Family Lawyer who is keen to progress their career within a flexible and genuinely supportive working environment.This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload. The firm is busy across the board with high quality/high value privately funded matrimonial work, high complexity legally aided care work and both privately and publicly funded private children work.The work is there for a person wanting to specialise predominantly in any of those areas or taking on a mixed caseload.The firm has offices in Barnstaple and Okehampton in Devon but accommodates flexibly working and has existing fee earners who are wholly or largely remote. Ideally a candidate will live relatively local to the office so as to facilitate hybrid working, but a candidate further afield who would be fully remote would also be considered particularly if very experienced in their practice area .The Role:Managing your own caseload of family law matters with appropriate supervision and supportBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships with a professional and empathetic approachThe successful applicant is likely to have :- Fully qualified solicitor at any level of experience from NQ to grade A- Legal Aid trained and/or experienced beneficial but not essentialSalary: £40,000 - £60,000NQ Legal Executive/solicitor (depending on experience/qualification) - Experienced paralegal other banding may apply.Job type: Full-timeBenefits include:Working in a firm dedicated to Family Law work with a good training ethosCompetitive salary and bonus scheme (where eligible)A flexible and supportive
