Family Brand Setup – TikTok/YouTube Automation & Social Account Manager (Roblox/Family Content + Car Business) We’re a UK-based father-and-son duo building a family-first content brand called Oliver Spread the Love, supported by our small dealership, Mersea Cars. We now also run a second TikTok account — @mcs_performance — to help support Oliver’s content through car sales and cross-promotion. 👨‍👦 What We’re Building: A seamless content system that turns real-life moments into engaging TikToks, Shorts, and Reels — with smart automation, budget-aware tech, and a mission to spread love (literally). We need help managing and growing both accounts through: Reposting and remixing content Creative captioning (with trending sounds, GPT rewriting, etc.) Automating smart workflows that keep costs down 🔧 Tasks Include: Setting up and linking all social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Linktree) Automating TikTok reposts to YouTube Shorts + Instagram Reels (SnapTik, server-based n8n, etc.) Managing a content calendar using Airtable or Google Sheets Creating Canva templates for thumbnails, covers, banners Re-cutting or remixing content using AI (ChatGPT, GPT-4V, OCR, etc.) Helping with outreach to Roblox creators (e.g. Driving Empire, Brain Rot) Optional: Turning car listings from merseacars.co.uk into content for @mcs_performance 🧠 The Tools We Want to Use: Open-source automation like n8n (hosted on our own server, low cost) Captioning via ChatGPT or similar AI tools for trending tone + SEO Smart reposting (SnapTik, repurpose.io, or better) TikTok/YouTube management tools (free tier or one-time payment where possible) We're avoiding high-cost tools like Zapier or Make unless absolutely needed. ✅ Ideal Freelancer: Experience with TikTok/YouTube/Instagram automation and reposting Skilled in Canva, video templates, and overlays Understands how to remix or reframe content using AI Familiar with family/kids content and safe tone Bonus: UK time zone (we're in Essex), or flexible hours Bonus: Interest in Roblox, gaming, or automotive scenes 🧃 About Us: Peter: Business owner, car collector, dad on a mission Oliver (age 6): The heart of it all — loves cars, Roblox, scooters, and bedtime stories We believe in building something real — with fun, kindness, and connection Our project is self-funded (for now) and run lean — but it has real momentum 💷 Budget & Terms: We prefer project-based or flat-fee test work first Will scale as we prove the model Paid properly for results — we reward those who grow with us 📌 How to Apply: Please send us a short message with: Examples of similar social accounts you’ve managed A quick idea for how you’d automate reposting TikToks to Shorts/Reels (without Zapier/Make if possible) (Bonus) Something you’d love to see Oliver do next on Roblox!
