Job Description As a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator you will use and maintain the CAFM system and allocate work to the relevant teams as well as support with general administrative tasks..You will provide support to the UK and Overseas facilities teams by looking after varioussoftware systems, including internal CAFM system. There will be various other administrative duties which will be completed as apart of the role. This role involves delivering excellent service to users queries and compiling and distributing insightful reports to stakeholders. This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including bank holidays. Qualifications • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.• Good compu
