Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities and Site Co-ordinator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of their facility's maintenance and development, ensuring they operate smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, plant machinery, and infrastructure.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety or maintenance issues proactively.

- Manage security services, groundskeeping, and maintenance contractors for optimal site operations.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations while maintaining risk assessments and emergency response plans.

- Develop and maintain asset and service records in line with ISO standards to ensure operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in facilities management or related field.

- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

- Excellent organisational and project management skills.

- Ability to oversee contractors and coordinate in-house maintenance effectively.

- Proficient in conducting site inspections and compiling reports.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
