We are a fast-growing car leasing company looking to scale our paid advertising across Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. As we expand, we require an experienced ads creative specialist to produce high-quality, conversion-focused ads in bulk on a weekly and monthly basis. This is an ongoing partnership for the right expert who can deliver consistent, compelling creative work and manage the upload process directly inside our ad accounts. Role Overview We are looking for a talented individual who can take our car leasing deals, branding guidelines, and creative structure, then turn them into engaging static and video ads for Facebook and TikTok. You will be responsible not only for designing and producing the ads but also for publishing them into our Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager correctly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, creative iteration, and how to build ads that drive leads in the automotive/vehicle leasing sector (experience in similar industries is a bonus). What You Will Be Doing Creating bulk ads on a weekly and monthly basis (static images, short-form videos, variations, etc.) Producing creatives for multiple car leasing deals at once Using our creative process and templates to maintain consistent branding Uploading and organising campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Facebook Ads Manager Uploading creative assets and setting up ads in TikTok Ads Manager Keeping creatives updated with new deals, price changes, seasonal promotions, and tactical offers Researching competitor ads and recommending creative angles or improvements Collaborating with us to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and conversions Ensuring all creatives follow platform policies What We Will Provide Website links to each leasing deal Full creative process documentation & examples Brand guidelines, fonts, colours, messaging, etc. Access to ad account(s) Ongoing support and instructions for upcoming campaigns Clear deadlines and weekly/monthly schedules Requirements Proven experience creating Facebook & TikTok ads (please provide examples) Ability to produce bulk creatives quickly and consistently Strong graphic design and/or video editing abilities Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Understanding of ad performance metrics and how creatives influence results Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and work as part of a long-term partnership Excellent attention to detail—especially when producing multiple variations Strong communication & reliability Nice to Have Ability to analyse results and suggest creative improvements Knowledge of UGC-style formats for TikTok
