Fundamental Changes is a leading music education book publisher that works with some of the biggest names in music. We run profitable Meta campaigns, and we want a diligent specialist to maintain performance and maximise scale. What is already in place * Meta Pixel active, Conversion API from site to Facebook configured and verified * Website to Facebook connection working * Top of Funnel and Bottom of Funnel structures live * Upsell flows active * Images and videos available for creative production * Account currently at about 120% profit, we want to maximise this further Scope of the role * Audit the account, confirm event quality, deduplication, Aggregated Event Measurement, and Conversion API health * Validate TOF and BOF structures, confirm audience quality, tighten exclusions, and improve segmentation * Build a clear test plan for offers, creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding * Manage daily pacing, budgets, and bid strategies to hit profit targets * Write high‑converting ad copy that fits our brand voice; select the right creatives from our library; brief new variants when needed * Improve the full funnel, increase AOV with upsells, and reduce CAC * Prepare concise weekly performance reports with clear actions and a change log * Protect data quality and platform compliance at all times Required skills and experience * Expert command of Meta Ads Manager for conversion campaigns, catalogue sales, and Advantage campaigns * Proven success in ecommerce, with clear case studies, ROAS and profit figures * Deep knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API setup, event mapping, deduplication, Aggregated Event Measurement, and signal integrity after iOS 14.5 * Strong funnel design across prospecting, re‑engagement, and conversion * Competence with GA4, UTM conventions, and attribution interpretation * Creative strategy for direct‑response offers, hooks, angles, and thumb‑stop videos * Clear written communication, fast and accurate decision making, disciplined change documentation Nice to have * Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, plus server‑side tagging through GTM * Experience with book or music niches, or other content‑led products * Experience with product feeds, catalogues, and shop integrations for Instagram Time and engagement * After an initial check‑in and short optimisation sprint, expect no more than 5 hours per week * Weekly cadence: one short call, one written report, and a maintained change log Success looks like this * Stable or higher profit per day and per week * Rising MER or ROAS with controlled CPA * Higher AOV through upsells and order bumps * Clean, reliable event data in Meta and GA4 Why this is an easy job for the right person * Tracking is in place, funnels are live, upsells are active, and creative assets are ready * You can focus on sharp testing, disciplined optimisation, and profit growth How to apply * Share two ecommerce case studies with: * Starting position, actions taken, and final results * ROAS, CPA, AOV, and profit impact * Outline a 30‑day plan for a profitable account that you want to scale * Describe your process to validate Pixel and Conversion API health, including event deduplication and Aggregated Event Measurement * Confirm your availability for up to 5 hours per week after the initial check‑in * State your hourly rate and your preferred time zone Screening questions * What profit measure do you optimise to first when attribution disagrees between Meta and GA4, and why * How do you decide when to raise budgets versus to switch bidding strategy * Which two creative tests would you run first for a music book offer, and why
