We’re scaling our portfolio of info-education offers, funnels, and live events and hiring more results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to own campaign performance across multiple brands. Your mission: launch, test, and scale Facebook ads at volume. You’ll be working with a constant flow of new creatives every week, so you must have a proven process for testing, identifying winners, and putting budget behind what works. What you’ll do: - Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for info-products, funnels, and live events - Test multiple new creatives weekly, analyze results, and scale winners fast - Track and optimize key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV, EPV) for profitable growth - Collaborate with creative, copy, and funnel teams to align ads with campaign strategy - Stay ahead of Facebook Ads policies, platform updates, and algorithm changes What we’re looking for: - Proven experience managing Meta ads (FB and Insta) - Strong direct-response background and mastery of funnel metrics - Clear testing frameworks and processes to scale winning ads - Experience with tracking, attribution, and pixel/conversion API setups - Organized, fast-moving, and highly responsive — no beginners, no agencies What you get: - Fixed pay + performance-based bonuses - Flexible hours, fully remote - Direct impact on scaling info-education brands and live event launches - A lean, fast-moving team that values speed, clarity, and results This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-volume testing environments and knows how to profitably scale campaigns in the world of info-publishing, funnels, and live events.
