Randstad is partnering with a school to find a passionate and dedicated EYFS Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

• Planning and delivering engaging learning activities for children aged 0-5.
• Supporting children's mental development and understanding individual needs.
• Conducting one-on-one and group learning sessions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
• Contributing to the overall care and well-being of children.
• Maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of UK experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Experience in childcare and SEN is preferred.
• A commitment to nurturing and developing young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant early years qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare).
• Enhanced DBS on the Updated Service.
