About the Role As an Export Certification Technician & Internal Auditor, you will be heavily involved in the day to administration & coordination of the Export policies and procedures and will be responsible for the internal auditing process. Key Responsibilities Ensuring supply chain maps in place for all products of animal origin are accurateValidate batch details of the relevant materials at all stages in the supply chainMatch the correct batches of the relevant raw materials to the final product ensuring accurate trace on siteVerify the trace details gathered for accuracy and generate product trace packs for the export health certificateAudit completion against the defined schedule with relevant evidence of complianceEscalating food safety and legality issues identified during the audit processEstablish raw materials for which veterinary declarations will be required for each of the componentsReview submitted declara
