We are a growing B2B SaaS company seeking an expert product visualization specialist to create conversion-focused marketing graphics for our new Webflow website. Our challenge: Raw screenshots of our complex application are too cluttered, causing high cognitive load for potential users. We need a specialist to apply Simplified User Interface (SUI) techniques to our generic screenshots, transforming them into clear, professional, feature-showcasing vector graphics.   The deliverable is a set of fully editable, scalable vector files created within Figma, rigorously adhering to our corporate branding system. This work is critical to accelerating the user's Time-to-Value (TTV) by immediately showing product benefits. Phase 1: Mandatory Paid Technical Trial The project will begin with a non-negotiable paid pilot project to ensure the candidate's mastery of SUI methodology and brand adherence before commissioning the full batch of graphics. Trial Deliverable: Analyze one complex application screenshot provided by our team. Strategically abstract (declutter) the UI, focusing only on the primary feature being showcased. Recreate the simplified UI as a Figma-native vector graphic, strictly using our provided branding system (colors, text styles, component variables). Required Specialization (Non-Negotiable) We are filtering for high-level specialists, not generalist graphic designers. Successful candidates must demonstrate: Simplified UI (SUI) Mastery: Proven ability to strategically abstract (remove clutter, simplify text to graphic blocks, highlight only key data) to reduce cognitive load and enhance feature clarity.   Figma Vector Proficiency: Expert technical skills in vector drawing within Figma, including advanced use of Vector Networks, Boolean Operations, and the Pen Tool.   Design System Compliance: Extensive experience working directly from an established corporate design system. Must integrate final assets using existing Figma components, color variables, and text styles.   SaaS Context: Understanding of SaaS marketing goals, specifically how visuals drive conversion on Pricing, Features, and Landing Pages.   Full Project Scope & Required Deliverables The full project involves 5–10 high-priority feature graphics, structured for easy internal reuse and scaling. Final Deliverables Must Include: Editable Figma Source Files: Fully organized master file. All layers must be logically named, properly grouped, and utilize Auto Layout and constraints for scalability.   Clean Export Assets: Optimized SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) as the primary format, and high-resolution PNGs.   Intellectual Property: Full, unrestricted transfer of all commercial usage rights and ownership of the editable Figma source files.   Compensation and Application Instructions We understand the specialized nature of this role and are budgeting for senior-level expertise. Target Rate: We expect rates corresponding to Senior/Expert Visualizers ($80 - $100+ USD per hour) or comparable project-based pricing.   Application Requirement: Do not send generic design portfolios.
