We’re looking for a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage our eCommerce accounts across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with account operations, listings, and customer service. Responsibilities: Manage product listings (create, optimize, and update) Handle inventory management and order processing Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Monitor account health and ensure compliance with platform policies Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Generate sales and performance reports Requirements: Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Seller accounts Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and best practices Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Seller Central, or similar is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience with product research and keyword optimization Knowledge of dropshipping or FBA/FBM processes Work Details: Remote, long-term position 20–40 hours per week (flexible schedule) Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about eCommerce growth, we’d love to hear from you!
