About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PPC Specialist to help bridge a gap in our team over the next six months. You will take ownership of campaign strategy, delivery, and reporting for a mix of eCommerce and lead generation clients. This is a senior-level role suited to someone who has worked in an agency environment, understands complex multi-channel campaign management, and is comfortable working directly with clients. Key Responsibilities - Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis - Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CPL) - Write engaging ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development - Set up and maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.) - Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations - Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, providing strategic input and performance updates - Stay up to date with PPC trends, tools, and platform changes Requirements - 4+ years of PPC experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency - Proven success managing both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns - Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms - Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills - Strong communication and reporting abilities, with confidence in presenting to clients - Experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups - Google Ads or Meta certifications are an advantage Ideal Background - Previous roles such as Head of Paid Search, Senior PPC Manager, or Performance Marketing Lead - Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment - Self-starter with a consultative mindset and strong attention to detail How to Apply Please include: - A brief overview of your relevant experience - Examples of recent PPC results or anonymized case studies - Your availability and hourly or weekly rate
