This role offers £20 per hour and the chance to make a meaningful impact.As one of three key points of contact for IT-related support calls and service desk tickets, you’ll provide both first and second-line technical support. You’ll manage mobile technology, hardware, and software across the school, prioritising and escalating issues to the IT Systems Manager when needed.
