Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable party wall surveyor to facilitate and complete a party wall agreements as neighbours each side of planning consent for a new build (two storey house, including basement x2 bed).

Must be experienced in:

- professionally researched drafted and served Party Wall Notices

-Providing Schedules of Condition for adjoining owners property before works start

-Provide A Party Wall Award to resolve any dispute

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in the spec
• Approach neighbours with care to encourage them to go for the least expensive two surveyor option to save money

Requirements

• Proven experience of residential Party Wall Awards
• Proficiency in handling any questions or disputes
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently
• Professional qualifications
• Fully Insured
• Physical fitness to perform visits to the site while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 days

Pay: Up to £1,500.00 per week

Education:

• Master's (preferred)

Experience:

• Party Wall Awards: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• RICS, CIOB, OR CABE (required)
