Expanding my marketing agency Afloat media, and looking to recruit a rockstar personal Virtual Assistant to help manage and execute admin and operations tasks, working directly with myself across the company. Skills Required: - Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of our tech stack (Asana, Slack, Notion, etc) - Tech savvy - Project management and organizational structures Technical Requirements: - Laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac) - Fast, reliable internet connection - Quiet, professional workspace for focused work and occasional calls Job Roles Include (but are not limited to): - Managing inboxes, scheduling, and day-to-day admin tasks - Sourcing and organizing new leads from approved platforms - Sending evergreen outreach assets (Looms, PDFs, decks) to prospects - Updating CRM pipelines and tracking daily activity - Supporting client onboarding and internal processes - Maintaining organized file systems and SOP libraries - Preparing daily reports and task summaries - Coordinating with the founder to prioritize goals and deadlines - Assisting with research, documentation, and project tracking Note: Please include the number “123” in your application so we know you’ve read this description carefully!
