This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining natural landscapes, and values conservation-led land management.The RoleYou will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of woodland, meadow, and landscaped areas, helping to preserve a tranquil and dignified environment for visitors.Key duties include:General grounds and horticultural maintenancePlanting, pruning, mowing, strimming, and seasonal tasksCaring for woodland and meadow habitats in line with ecological principlesWorking collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standardsUsing tools and machinery safely and responsiblyEnsuring the grounds remain safe, tidy, and welcoming at all timesAbout You;You will be:Experienced in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenanceKnowledgeable in planting, pruning, and general garden careA reliable team player with a strong work ethicPassionate about nature, conservation, and working outdoorsPhysically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditionsRespectful and professional in a sensitive environmentRelevant horticultural qualifications and experience in natural or conservation-led settings are desirable but not essential.What’s on OfferSalary of <st
