We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in bringing our website project to successful completion. The project has already been initiated and needs a skilled developer who can jump in, drive progress, and ensure its seamless execution until the final launch. Responsibilities: -Collaborate with the current team to grasp the project scope, goals, and technical needs. -Own the development lifecycle end-to-end, including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing upkeep. -Keep the project moving by diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly. -Set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms—namely Clio Grow and Stripe—to elevate functionality and UX. -Oversee website and domain hosting, using your expertise with Linode and GoDaddy. -Tune site performance for speed, responsiveness, and smooth user interactions. Qualifications: -Documented experience as a Web Developer with a portfolio of relevant work. -Hands-on proficiency with Linode for hosting and GoDaddy for domain management. -Strong background in third-party API integrations, specifically Clio Grow and Stripe. -Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). -Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to polished deliverables. -Resourceful problem solver who can work independently and remove blockers. -Clear communicator who collaborates well with an established team. Requirements: -Prior web development experience and familiarity with best practices. -Proven track record of taking in-flight projects over the finish line. -Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong ownership mentality. -Dependable, deadline-driven, and results-oriented. -Available for consistent communication and progress updates.
