This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Executive Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on major developments and progress within a highly respected consultancy. The successful Executive Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing full cost management services across multiple projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams. As an Executive Quantity Surveyor, you will also mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and support the delivery of best-in-class service. This position is ideal for a driven and commercially aware Executive Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience and a proven ability to manage complex, high-value schemes. Key Responsibilities: Leading cost planning, procurement strategies, and contract administrationDelivering full pre- and post-contract services across multiple projectsManaging client relationships and attending key meetingsPreparing reports, valuations, and final accountsOverseeing junior staff and contributing to their developmentSupporting business development and maintaining high service standards Required Experience: BSc in Quantity Surveying or related fieldChartered (MRICS) or close to achieving6+ years' UK consultancy experienceProven ability to manage complex projects independentlyStrong leadership and client-facing skills In Return: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum27 days annual leave + bank holidaysPrivate medical insuranceEnhanced pension & life assuranceHybrid/fle
