We are a growing coaching and wellbeing business about to begin a 6-month coaching programme supporting 20 businesses across Yorkshire. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. This role will start with programme coordination and reporting responsibilities, and extend into a long-term position supporting the wider growth of our business. Immediate Responsibilities (6-Month Coaching Programme): • Manage calendars of Head Coaches and coordinate with businesses to book workshops efficiently, considering availability and geographical locations. • Collect data from each coaching session, ensuring accurate records of progress for each business. • Compile and manage programme data to track outcomes. • Support with preparation of reports for the council funding/employing this service. - support with wider calendar management to ensure operations and workshops outside of the 6-month program are also effectively managed. Ongoing Responsibilities (Beyond the Programme): • Provide executive and personal assistant support for day-to-day business operations. • Manage meetings, scheduling, and communications to ensure smooth business operations. • Support reporting, documentation, and follow-ups on key projects. • Act as a reliable partner to the leadership team as we move into our next phase of growth. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role. • Excellent organisational and calendar management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with data collection and reporting (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets). • Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable liaising with business clients. Contract Details: • 7–15 hours per week to start, with flexibility based on workload. • Initial 6-month programme contract, with the intention to continue in a permanent fractional role.
