This role can be fulfilled on a hybrid basis with the understanding that you will work from the office as an when required on a flexible basis.Joining the business at a period of accelerated and exciting growth the successful candidate will be motivated by seeing the impact that their support brings to the continued success of the organisation.Salary circa 50k DOEResponsibilities to include:Diary and meeting managementOrganising UK and International travel, compiling detailed itinerariesInbox support and managing internal and external communicationPreparing board materials, presentations, and senior meeting documentsLiaising with senior managers and external stakeholders of the MDHandling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalismCandidate SpecificationAn experienced EA/PA who has supported at MD Level in a fast paced environmentConfidently managing sensitive personal and professional dataExceptionally organised, proactive and able to adapt to changing prioritiesA clear, confident communicator who the MD can trust implicitly to carry our requests within set time frames and with autonomy.if you are interested in the role and have the required skills and experience please apply with your CV.
