I run coaching programs and services that help entrepreneurs grow through video, and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support me day-to-day. Who I’m Looking For • Location: Must be based in Central or South America (for time zone alignment). • Languages: Native-level English AND Spanish (written and spoken). • Experience: Previous experience as an assistant, ideally supporting entrepreneurs, social media creators, or in the marketing space. • Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, detail-driven, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities • Manage my calendar and scheduling (Calendly, Zoom, travel coordination). • Inbox management: triage emails, draft responses, keep Gmail organized. • Support with social media + marketing tasks (organizing content, light research, repurposing notes). • Handle CRM and communication flows in GoHighLevel and ManyChat. • Keep tasks and projects organized in Notion and ClickUp. • Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable tasks. • Assist with general admin and operations. Tools We Use • Notion • ClickUp • GoHighLevel (GHL) • Calendly • Gmail • Zoom + Fathom AI Notetaker • ManyChat Ideal Candidate • Fast learner with strong tech skills and ability to quickly master new tools. • Excellent communication skills in both languages. • Previous exposure to social media, marketing, or content creation workflows is a big plus. • Comfortable working remotely, independently, and adapting as priorities shift.
