We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Logistics, Home Delivery, Group Technical and Service Excellence leadership teams. This is a pivotal role where you’ll provide high-level support to our directors and their leadership teams, helping to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be a trusted partner, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations that help drive our business forward.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:


  • Managing the diary and inbox of the Directors, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and prioritised.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, venues, catering, and equipment.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the leadership teams in all interactions.
  • Producing and editing PowerPoint presentations and compiling reports using Excel.
  • Managing travel arrangements and logistics with precision.
  • Supporting the wider leadership teams with meeting planning and sequencing priorities.
  • Driving action by redirecting communications and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Covering for holidays and undertaking specific projects as required.


You will need:


  • Significant experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role
  • A strong can-do attitude and exceptional organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A pragmatic, proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and adaptability to support a busy leadership team effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
