Job Information
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience of Senior Leadership in a Primary School and can demonstrate how they have supported the Headteacher to deliver sustainable school improvement
• Is committed to raising standards and developing a culture of irresistibility for children, colleagues and families
• Is ambitious forallstaff and children and willing to go the extra mile to create ‘moments that matter’
• Is passionate about inclusion and promoting equality of opportunity for all children
• Is a strong role model for all members of the school community and leads by example
• Is committed to supporting children to beready,respectfulandresponsibleboth within school and in the community
• Has a strong understanding of curriculum design and the importance of adapting it to the context of the community
