About the RoleThis is an essential full-time position starting ASAP in a large, thriving academy in Bradford. The successful applicant will be the central pillar for the academy's examination processes and data management. It's a role that demands exceptional organisational capabilities and a deep commitment to accuracy and compliance. The role is complex and highly rewarding, encompassing full ownership of all internal and external examination cycles, from initial entries to final certification. Simultaneously, the role requires meticulous management of the school's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring the integrity of all student and assessment data used for reporting, analysis, and statutory returns.

Requirements
- Proven experience working in a school or academy setting, ideally as an Examinations Officer.
- Demonstrable experience using a School Management Information System (MIS) for data entry and maintenance.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness to apply for one)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all internal and external examination processes, ensuring strict adherence.
- Make accurate and timely examination entries and process all confidential material securely.
- Plan, organise, and manage the recruitment and training of the invigilator team.
- Manage and maintain the Academy's Management Information System (MIS) data, including setting up and managing data templates.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all student and assessment data for reports, census, and statistical returns.
- Coordinate and execute the production of student Progress Reports and support target-setting processes.
- Organise and manage all examination logistics, including venue setup, seating plans, and paper distribution/collection.
- Be present on results days to manage the receipt and distribution of results and subsequent student certificates.
- Provide meaningful analysis on various data trends (e.g., attendance, behaviour, academic) as requested by the leadership team.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical support, including reception cover and document production, as part of the wider support team.
