About the Role

As an invigilator, you will be a vital member of a team that ensures all examination regulations are followed in a supportive environment for our students. This is a periodic, part-time role, perfect for someone seeking flexible hours around exam periods.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your role will include:

• Assisting the Examinations Officer with the administration and supervision of exams.

• Invigilating during examinations and managing the secure distribution and collection of scripts and materials.

• Dealing calmly and effectively with candidate queries and examination irregularities in accordance with procedures.

• Completing an invigilators' log for each exam session as required.

• Demonstrating confidence in the use of different IT packages (where applicable).
