• Setting Up: Preparing exam rooms before the session, including laying out papers, stationery, and ensuring seating plans comply with regulations.

• Supervision: Actively supervising students during the exams to maintain a quiet, orderly environment and ensure strict adherence to examination rules.

• Documentation: Checking student identity, accurately completing attendance registers, and managing the secure handling of exam papers before, during, and after the session.

• Compliance: Responding to student queries raised according to examination board guidelines and promptly escalating any issues or concerns to the Examinations Officer.

• Closing Down: Collecting all papers and materials at the end of the exam and securely preparing them for dispatch.

About You

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Reliability: Excellent punctuality and a commitment to working scheduled sessions.

• Vigilance: A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain observant for extended periods.

• Professionalism: A calm, authoritative, and professional manner, particularly when interacting with young people and managing stressful situations.

• Flexibility: The availability to work flexible hours, typically mornings and afternoons, primarily during the busy exam seasons (e.g., November, January, May, and June). No previous experience is required.
