Our mission is to create accessible, high-impact spaces for connection, learning and professional growth.With a rapidly expanding membership and partner network, we are now hiring an events Manager to elevate, manage and scale our national events programme.Role Overview The Events Manager will lead NOVA’s end-to-end events delivery, ensuring that every event — from intimate leadership dinners to large partner-funded programmes — is flawlessly executed and community-first. This role balances planning, logistics, relationship management and creative programme development.You will lead pre-event planning calls with partners, speakers and internal teams, owning timelines, actions and clarity for all stakeholders.This is an ideal role for someone comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, who enjoys taking ownership, problem solving, and delivering exceptional experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Planning • Own the 12-month events calendar, ensuring balance across cohorts, locations and formats • Develop event concepts aligned with member needs, sponsor goals and community themes • Lead all pre-event calls with partners, speakers and NOVA internal team • Build agendas, manage expectations, capture actions and keep stakeholders alignedEvent Creation & Administration • Manage the full event p
