We're looking for professional, proactive, and people-focused Security Stewards to join our team in Manchester. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering safe and memorable experiences at some of the city's biggest events and venues. What You'll Do: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of spectators, staff, and yourselfConduct thorough pre- and post-event safety checksManage crowd flow and assist with entry and exit proceduresMonitor crowd behaviour and respond to incidentsOperate radios and communicate effectively with your teamProvide basic emergency first aid and support emergency servicesAssist with evacuations and follow safety protocols What You'll Need: Valid SIA LicenceUp-to-date Enhanced DBS CheckExcellent communication and situational awarenessA calm, confident, and professional approachFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event daysPrevious stewarding or security experience is a bonus - full training provided Why Join Us?
