As part of Corporate Affairs, our Event Marketing team designs and delivers experiences that strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders and staff, reinforcing our capabilities and brand values. You will be creating high quality events and working closely with Corporate Affairs colleagues across Media and External Communications, Internal Communications, Macquarie Studio, Engagement, Brand and Creative and Government Relations teams. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location. In this role, you will independently project manage a range of staff and client events while also contributing to larger global projects and conferences. Working in an organised and process driven manner, ensuring each event meets its objectives through effective planning, execution and stakeholder engagement. Your work will include proposal development, contract negotiation, budget management, risk assessment, mobile app creation and onsite delivery, as well as post event reporting and evaluation. Working with a range of digital platforms such as Cvent to support both live and on demand virtual and hybrid events, collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders and internal teams. You will effectively respond to changing needs and contribute to creating high quality experiences that reflect our brand and values.
