Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Shift Team Lead to oversee cleaning operations at our Whitby site. This is a permanent full-time role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Deliver training and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary tools and guidance.
- Conduct quality control audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Maintain regular communication with upper management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe handling of cleaning products.
